Melissa and Sierra started BYOB Mixology as an initiative to bring exquisite experiences to even the smallest of budgets. We are here to help from custom drinks to fully thought out events and day-of management. There is always a way to make the best of every moment and that is exactly where our expertise lies. With our background in film production, styling, photography, and content creation, there is nothing we can’t do to make your event a success!

From event bartending to menu creation to event planning to designing the decor for your night, we are here to be your partner in the process. Don’t stress, let’s make the most of the moment together!

Need A Ride?

We understand that event planning can feel like a full time job. We have licensed alcohol delivery and pick-up personnel that can assist with retrieving your bottles, as long as you pay the tab!

We don’t charge more for liquor!

Alcohol costs are never in your custom quote. BYOB does NOT provide the alcohol for the event, and must be purchased by the client. Don’t stress just yet – during our consultation we will create a detailed alcohol shopping list to fit the needs and budget for your event.

On a budget?

Don’t fret. We know a thing or two about having princess taste on a bartender’s budget. We’ll work with you to create the perfect menu that works within your capabilities. We got you love!

Sierra Porch

Sierra Porch is no stranger to personalized customer service experiences. Her history as a Beverage Cart Attendant, Bartender, and Cicerone have honed her craft to perfection. Don’t worry boo – she won’t miss a beat.

Born and raised in Columbus, GA, Sierra graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2021 with a degree in Media & Entertainment, a testament to her diverse interests and talents. In addition to co-owning BYOB, Sierra is a Film Producer and Wardrobe Supervisor.

Her love for blending flavors to tell stories shines through in every concoction she creates, taking her patrons on a flavorful journey with each sip. With a belief that a good cocktail can spark connections and enhance experiences, Sierra is passionate about providing not only delicious drinks but also safe and memorable service.
